Countdowns AI Plus
Support
A person reads every message.
Open Settings in the app and tap Send feedback. Bugs, questions, refunds and reports of content that should not be in the Public Gallery all arrive in the same place.
The report already carries your app version, device model and OS version, so there is nothing to look up — just say what you expected to happen and what happened instead. You can attach a screenshot, and there is an optional field for an email address if you would like a reply.
Requests about your own data are handled separately: the privacy policy explains how to ask for a copy of what we hold, or to have it corrected or erased.
Common questions
My widget is not updating
Widgets are refreshed by the system rather than on a fixed clock, so a countdown can lag by a few minutes. Opening the app forces a refresh. If a widget stays blank, remove it from the Home Screen and add it again — that rebuilds its timeline from scratch.
I bought countdowns and they have not appeared
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that made them, so make sure you are signed in with the same one. If the balance is still wrong, send feedback with the date of the purchase and we will sort it out.
How do I cancel Countdowns AI Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling leaves every countdown you have already made exactly where it is.
Do I have to use the AI?
No. Building a countdown by hand, with a date you set yourself, is free and unlimited. The AI is only involved when you describe something and ask the app to design it.
I want a countdown taken out of the Public Gallery
If it is yours, open it and use Stop Sharing — that deletes the public copy and its picture, and the link stops opening for everyone. Turning off Show in the Public Gallery instead only unlists it: it leaves the gallery, but a link you already sent keeps working.
If it is someone else's, use the ⋯ menu on the card to report or block it. Reported content is hidden automatically, and anything objectionable is removed within 24 hours. You can also send feedback from Settings.
What happens to my data?
The short version: your countdowns stay on your device and in your own private iCloud, and nothing becomes public unless you deliberately share it. The long version is in the privacy policy, which also explains how to ask for a copy of what we hold or have it erased.
Reporting something urgent
If you have found a security problem, or content in the gallery that needs to come down immediately, start your report with URGENT and it will be looked at first.
